Replacement/Refund Policy

Replacement/ Refund Eligibility criteria:

Product Issues Eligible for refund / replacement? Timeline to ask for refund / replacement
Products in new hire kit Defective or damaged Replacement by Offiga Within 24 hrs of receiving new hire kit
Electronics on swag store Defective or damaged Refund / replacement by Offiga Within 48 hrs of receiving swag order
Apparel on swag store Defective or damaged Refund / replacement by Offiga Within 48 hrs of receiving swag order
Apparel on swag store Need a different size or don’t like the design/fit No refund / replacement / exchange possible
Products other than apparel & electronics on swag store Defective or damaged Refund / replacement by Offiga Within 48 hrs of receiving swag order

Requesting a refund/replacement:

If eligible for refund/replacement as per table above,

  • Email our customer support team at rippling_swagsupport@offiga.com within the timeline mentioned above, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will assess the request and confirm next steps to you within 3 working days of receipt of your email.
  • In case you are requesting replacement of any product in new hire kits, you would also have to submit the defective/damaged product at the Trillium office reception (Block I&J).

Refund processing time:

  • You can expect the refund to reflect in your Offiga swag store account within 7 working days post our confirmation over email.

Replacement processing time:

  • You can expect to receive your replacement product within 3 weeks post our confirmation over email.
  • In case you are requesting replacement of any product in new hire kits, you would also have to submit the defective/damaged product at the Trillium office reception (Block I&J) and your replacement product will be dispatched post that.
